Film Crews on our Street

Don’t you always wish for a legit reason to talk to the film crews on our street? I mean, I know I always want to stick my nose into their business and find out EXACTLY what is happening.

Well, that is exactly what we’re asking you to do as a service to the Horatio Street Association. Frank Hostika is our resident STREET-FILM Liason (Frank, you like the title?) and as such has volunteered to contact the film companies to ask for a contribution towards our tree guards and spring planting.

While he’s around the hood alot, it also happens that he sometimes misses some of the crews. If you see a notice, please, please, please jot down the info (production company, phone number, permit # and name of production) and email it to Frank (or just post it here and I’ll email it to Frank), and he’ll hop on asking them for a donation.

Frank has also let us know that when trucks pull up, you can look in truck window for permit stating time of permit. If they are starting to park early, or all night running engines etc, before the permit times in window states, call sixth precinct to send out an officer, call Frank, and then if you still have the energy call the mayors office of film with details. Please forward Marge. thanks Frank Hosticka, 84 Horatio
