Did you know that The West Coast Apartments at 95 Horatio street, which stretch the entire block from Horatio to Gansevoort and Washington to West, are built on the site of the Manhattan Refrigerating Company - this photo from the 1930’s. The building was converted in the 80’s. Cool history, huh?
